Wine tasting (Copia)

The experience starts with a guided tour and the explanation of the production process through the fermentation cellar, the barrique cellar for the aging and the private cellar for the refining in bottle.
Afterwards the tasting of 5 different wines accompanied by the tasting of typical Tuscan products such as salami, pecorino cheese with balsamic vinegar and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil of our production takes place.
The service takes place on the panoramic terrace or inside in dedicated rooms and represents a real food and wine journey to discover the flavors of the territory.
The duration is about 1 hour and the price per person is € 30.00.
