How to place an order
An order is considered completed as soon as the customer receives an acceptance e-mail. The customer must check the copy of the order and promptly report any error. The minimum order is 6 bottles. However, the order may split among different types of wines as long as at least 6 bottles are ordered. For larger quantities, you may add 6 bottles at a time; for example 6, 12, 18, 24, etc.
Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
Payment by credit card: At the end of the order process, you will be directed to our Bank’s secure server. Our prices are already discounted and include VAT and postage. The company adapts its production to comply with seasonality, so less than the entire product range may be available at certain times of the year. ACTUAL product availability is shown online at our site
Order fulfillment
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If the requested item is unavailable, we will notify you of the waiting time by email or phone.
Shipping
Shipments are normally made through local courier service in Italy or by overnight mail. It is very important to correctly indicate your address. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 4 weeks after ordering.
With delivery by Poste Italiane-overnight mail:
The customer may receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking link, (only on request). The shipper may also notify the customer by phone. If, upon delivery, the parcel shows any signs of tampering and/or obvious or presumed fluid leaks, please accept the goods and write on the courier’s receipt “accepted subject to verification of the content.” Later, upon opening the parcel, if there is breakage, contact us via e-mail at info@vinopoggiamorelli.it or call us at 0577 741373. We will cancel the corresponding payment amount and/or alternatively replace the damaged product at our expense. It is hardly necessary to point out that, except for isolated cases, our merchandise always arrives at your destination in perfect condition. In the event of the recipient’s repeated absence, partial compensation of Euro 20.00 will be charged for expenses of a second shipment. Guarantees
Poggio Amorelli is a small company that directly produces, transforms and distributes its production of wine. We guarantee to our customers the quality of all products for sale on our website and the accuracy of the descriptions of the procedures used and the types of grapes used, because we produce and transform them directly. If the product is not suitable for consumption, please contact us promptly by email: info@famigliamazzarrini.it and together we will find the best solution.
Right of cancellation
The customer, pursuant the Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999 No.158 (implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers regarding remote contracts), has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason. This right may be exercised by those who buy as individuals, but cannot be exercised by legal entities, retailers, and individuals who purchase for commercial and/or resale purposes, and which refer to a VAT number in the order form. The”private” buyer may exercise the right of cancellation by registered letter within 15 working days from receipt of the merchandise. The customer shall return the goods at its own expense, using the original packaging, within 10 working days from receipt. The goods must be sent to: The goods will be inspected and, if found intact and free of any damage, the amount will be credited in the manner requested by the purchaser (wire transfer, money order, etc.) or the item will be replaced with other products selected by the customer. In any case, any refund will be made in the quickest time possible, within 30 working days of receipt of notice of cancellation, of course upon receipt of the goods. For no reason may merchandise be returned on delivery: its receipt will be rejected without exception.
In the event of a dispute with the consumer, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the consumer’s residence or chosen domicile. In other cases (companies), the jurisdiction will be that of Florence.
The customer’s sending of the order is considered as a contract for the supply of goods; the shipment subscribes to the conditions in all its points.
